Having been recommended Deborah for our wedding day, we were definitely further encouraged on meeting her.  On the actual wedding day, Deborah joined Charlotte as previously arranged and captured some great photos of all the girls getting ready - I’ve even heard rumours of Deborah aiding the bride and bridesmaids with their make-up! This was obviously the only part of the day I wasn’t part of so it was nice to see some good photos of the magical transformation!

Deborah began to mingle and work her magic.

After our honeymoon, Deborah presented the photos to us whilst having a nice bottle of wine – she even created a music playlist to set the mood. The results were fantastic, we couldn’t have been happier. There was so many of them and, to her credit, Deborah managed to get every single person who attended our wedding within them. It’s worth mentioning, the ease with which we’ve been able to send the photos for others to view and get access to has been great as well.

So many of our friends have commented how they wish they had had Deborah as their photographer. Likewise, pretty much every person we’ve caught up with since the wedding has said how nice our photographer was. So, put simply, if you’re looking for a great photographer for any special occasion, you can’t go wrong with Deborah Vos.

It was a real pleasure having Deborah involved in our wedding day. This wasn't just because of the wonderful pictures she took, which captured the mood of the day brilliantly and were just the style that we wanted, but due to her easy, approachable manner and friendliness. She blended in superbly at the bride's house in the morning, was extremely discreet at the church and at the reception - even helping the bride with things like smudged make-up and taking off her veil, and the groom with sorting out the mike stand for his speech! - and was full of energy and enthusiasm. She managed to capture some really intimate and moving moments without being at all invasive, and got a shot of pretty much everyone at the wedding, even the habitually 'tricky' subjects. Following the wedding, she welcomed us very warmly when we visited her to look at our pictures. Deborah struck us all as a genuinely lovely person, which made it really easy to work with her before the wedding, and it was a pleasure to have her there on the day.

Deborah Vos is the sort of wedding photographer that every bride would welcome on her wedding morning.  From the moment she arrived at the house she was more like a good friend with great advice and make up tips and calmed my nerves through the general chaos all the while subtly creating a photographic memory of that moment. We wanted our wedding to have an informal, relaxed feel and Deborah captured this perfectly in her own signature style, managing to include a shot of every one of our guests without a hint of formality.   Being able to access our photos online is a real bonus and our family and friends have really enjoyed searching through to find themselves.  We feel that the mood of our wedding is reflected perfectly in the photographs and when we first viewed them at Deborah's house it was a real lump in the throat moment and we feel that we have a very treasured memory in them.

I worked with an excellent photographer last weekend and I wanted to tell you about her. She's called Deborah Vos, she's based in West London, and she is the type of person that you would just love to have at your wedding.

Unobtrusive, friendly, but most of all professional and committed to getting her job done well, I was really impressed by her stamina! I've become used to photographers who aren't always prepared to stay to capture the moments that are important to individual clients, without charging significantly more money for it. Deborah broke the mould and, at magicdust, we can't help getting excited about people like that!
